Each day will be broken up into a morning session and afternoon session. We will dedicate ½ day to each color category in the Friday Workbox (pink, purple, blue, green).

Day 1 (9 am - 4 pm):

• Morning:

• Pink -Ideas and Future Planning: Dream big about your business. This session is all about brainstorming, envisioning new possibilities, and future growth.

• Break for lunch with the group.

• Afternoon:

• Purple - Current Projects & Customers: Focus on inflight or ongoing projects and client/customer commitments, assessing where you’ve already invested and how to maximize those efforts and opportunities.
• Special Evening with Lisa: Day 1 concludes with an intimate dinner with Lisa and the group. This is your chance to network and share insights with Lisa and fellow business owners in the Organize 365® Community.

Day 2 (9 am - 4 pm):

• Morning:

• Blue - Team & Professional Development: Analyze the people side of your business - your team, their roles, professional growth, and team dynamics.

• Break for lunch with the group.

• Afternoon:

• Green - Finances & Systems: Create clarity around your financial health, optimize systems, and streamline your operational foundation.
